Responsible for providing a full range of employee development and training services
pertaining to the Army and Air National Guard technicians, including, but not limited
to providing advice and assistance on identifying training needs, providing daily
guidance to technicians and supervisors regarding the available training and providing
input to NGB and state training budgets.
